Jolanta Zdunek
Jolanta was born in Szczecin, Poland in 1983. After graduating from high school, she entered the University of Wroclaw, where she investigated thoroughly the physico-chemical properties of organic compounds of lanthanide ions. In 2007, she attained her MSc. Just after obtaining her diploma, she started her PhD studies at the Chemistry Faculty, University of Wroclaw as a member of Physical Chemistry of Lanthanides and Structure of Liquid Systems research group.
Starting from September 1st 2008, she joined the NASCENT programme as an early stage researcher in Marie Curie Network at the Complutense University of Madrid.
